Developed by the KSP Machine Engineering Department, the Helical Drum Conveyor Type Industrial Parts Washing Systems are high-efficiency solutions specially designed for cleaning small-sized components such as bolts, nuts, screws, and fittings. The system eliminates labor and time loss in the cleaning of parts that are too small to be arranged in baskets, providing speed and productivity in production lines.

Thanks to the helical drum conveyor structure, parts are conveyed in an orderly manner inside the machine and pass through essential processes such as pre-washing, washing, rinsing, lubrication, and drying during transportation. When required, additional processes such as phosphating and passivation can also be integrated. This ensures that the parts are cleaned according to high-quality standards and perfectly prepared for subsequent production stages.
