The products placed on the rotary basket are cleaned with high-pressure, detergent-based water inside a closed cabin. Depending on requirements, additional processes such as washing, rinsing, drying units, and precision filtration can be integrated to enhance cleaning quality.

During the process, hot water is sprayed onto the parts through nozzles mounted on the integrated pipes of the machine. The Purge XLarge Series is specially designed to save labor, water, detergent, electricity, and time.

Thanks to the recirculation system and advanced filtration technology, water and detergent consumption are reduced to a minimum. The system is suitable for removing all types of dirt, oil, and chips. It can also be used for general cleaning prior to ultrasonic washing, painting, and surface treatment operations.
