Developed by KSP Machine, the Robot-Assisted Ultrasonic Washing Systems deliver maximum speed, quality, and reliability in industrial cleaning. Thanks to its fully automated structure, the washing process of parts is carried out without the need for an operator, preventing human-induced errors. This system ensures that parts coming from mass production are always processed according to consistent cleanliness standards.

The multi-station, PLC-controlled robotic transport system enables the parts to automatically pass through all stages of the process. The process flow includes pre-washing, washing, ultrasonic washing, rinsing, phosphating, passivation, lubrication, drying, loading, and unloading. Through this comprehensive cleaning sequence, parts are optimally prepared for subsequent production stages such as assembly, coating, or painting.

Thanks to robotic automation, processes are carried out with repeatable standards, production time is reduced, and labor costs are minimized. In addition, the modular design of the system allows customization according to different part sizes and industry requirements.
